From the new projects in parel central Mumbai to new projects in the western area, real estate in Mumbai is developing exponentially.

South Mumbai
Famously called as SoBo, South Mumbai is the most high end location in Mumbai city which comprises of Churchgate, Marine line famous for the Marine Drive and Queen’s necklace where Shahrukh Khan promised to own the heart of the city of dreams, Colaba, Nariman Point in the south to Mahim and Sion in the North. Cost of living and that of real estate is skyrocketing here so much so that it has also been compared to the incredible price of real estate in the New York City of the United States. Therefore, this goes without saying that living in South Mumbai has also got to do with gaining the desirable social status. Having said that, the more humble perks of living here could be its proximity to nature’s best example, the vastness and fresh air of the Arabian Sea. This locality also boasts of having the best of hospitals, colleges and universities which makes it conducive for your family and children. The other areas of Worli, Mahalaxmi and Lower Parel might have a slight low price comparatively but are still considered as a famous Locality. Lower Parel in Western line is different from the Parel locality in central line. A 1 or a 2 bhk flat in parel in central Mumbai is now increasing in demand.


Bandra and Khar
The second best locality in Mumbai which is a very close runner up is Bandra. Home to Mumbai’s most famous church of Mount Mary, this locality also offers you some of the best restaurants, colleges and pubs. The sea is connected to Bandra and is a popular hangout place for many. Real estate prices are high in Bandra as well and it is the same for its neighboring area of Khar. The cost of purchasing a home here is a tad less as compared to that in South Mumbai. Other localities to explore are new construction in Parel Central Mumbai and Andheri-Lokhandwala in Western Mumbai.


Though these localities are famous in the western line, flat in Parel Mumbai are now in demand too. This is a steadily improving locality with great infrastructure and amenities.
